1. Introduction
The Awal Gas App is a service provided by Awal Gas W.L.L, allowing users to request various gas-related services, including ordering new gas cylinders, refilling existing cylinders, reporting gas leaks, requesting gas piping services, and arranging for repairs and maintenance.
2. Eligibility
To use the Awal Gas App, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. By using our App, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Registration: To access certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

Service Requests: Through the Awal Gas App, you can request various services, including new cylinder orders, refills, gas leak reports, gas piping services, and repair and maintenance. All service requests are subject to acceptance and availability.
Pricing: The prices for services and products are displayed within the App and are subject to change without notice. The price you see at the time of order submission is the price you will be charged.
Payment: Payments for services and products must be made through the payment options provided in the App. By submitting a payment, you authorize Awal Gas W.L.L to charge your selected payment method for the total amount of your order.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation: You may cancel a service request or order within a specified time frame, as detailed in the App. Once a service has been dispatched or initiated, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our customer support team.
6. User Responsibilities
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when placing orders or requesting services. Awal Gas W.L.L is not responsible for any issues arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.
Compliance with Laws: You agree to use the Awal Gas App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not use the App for any fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
Ownership: All content, features, and functionality of the Awal Gas App, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, are the exclusive property of Awal Gas W.L.L or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
License: Awal Gas W.L.L grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Awal Gas W.L.L and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Awal Gas W.L.L reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at any time, without notice and for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms.

We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bahrain, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Bahrain.
